COACHING WORKS EVENT!!!

Wednesday, February 21st
Mark your calendars for the 4th annual GPCA Coaching Works event. This popular program is a great way to learn first-hand about the benefits of coaching for your business, or for your own personal or professional development. Discover how coaching can help you achieve the results you want, and how to identify and choose the right coach for you.

Sessions are very affordably priced at $20 for the first coaching session and $10 for each additional session. Come participate in one or more sample sessions and find the coach who is the right fit for you! Advance registration is recommended to ensure your placement with the coach or coaches of your choice. Participants may also register onsite the day of the event.

What: On the website authentichappiness.com, you can find the Authentic Happiness Inventory (you must register, but it's painless, free, and for a good cause - i.e., research). This measures your level of "happiness" as compared with the rest of the population taking this instrument.

Why Recommended: I've used this with a client struggling with self-esteem issues and wanted her to have an ability to benchmark herself against a larger population of people taking the instrument.
